I'll just fix the main desc for you guys quickly ;)

It's a party in here! As long as you BYOB and chill, you can chat as long as you want about anything you want here.

I made a basic rewrite of the basic DESC structure you guys have in the title, there may be a few things I've typed that do not correlate with your current rules, feel free to edit them if you'd like ;)
