No we donate our tc to the clan bank and if a member needs tc he needs to post:
-Amount:
-Reason: He must have a good reason
Max amount needed will be of 20k and the member need to pay back when ever he can. In that way we are helping members for having textures

But when the member have to pay it back anyways, he need to have the money. And if he has the money he do not need the bank, err?
Also, what happens when somebody dont pay back? When he is kicked from clan hell search a new one and still has the tc we gave him?
I am against a Clan Bank for paying members. But we could have a Clan Bank for putting clan specific Requests and finance them. Eg for a clan Logo, Clan Ground...
