in quick reply, click "go advanced"

scroll down until you see "manage attachments"

click browse and navigate to your replays (most likely somewhere like C: \Program Files\Toribash 3.8\replay or C: \Games\Toribash 3.8\replay

Do this for as many replays as you want to show us then click upload.
