Just got around to playing Assassin's Creed 2. Amazing game! You can interact pretty much everything, which adds to a lot of the gameplay. They also have sidequests you can do, so the gameplay isn't completely restricted to the main storyline. There are also a range of assassination weapons to choose from... *breath* So much in that game... I'lll eventually (maybe) make a gameplay video starting from sequence 1.

(Found out it WASN'T brotherhood , which I'll soon HAVE TO get )
