wat is the difference between bouncers and head bouncers? do they have to do anything?

Well, I know it used to be (when there were clan servers) bouncers recruit and head bouncer had clan server password and could recruit.. and could also hold a poll to kick another member.

(I used to be in unce back in january - july or so.)
