i want to learn from your group and i am a green belt i want to learn from you because if someone in the game is like trolling other members of the group i could stand up for all the new members and encourage to respect the leaders and to learn more for good than evil so i can teach new players in the game teach them moves and mods so they would learn more of the game and help others in the future

Both of you two can meet me ingame. Use the /rf command and then the /sa protonitron command to check if I am ingame (it will say which servers I am in next to my name under "searching for protonitron" in the chat bar thingy).
If this is two complicated just try typing /jo Phoenix to see if I have a clan server running to test you in. I am more interested in your personalities than your ingame skills at this point since you are only green belts.
