@Timmy yeah the landing isn't too good, but it doesn't have to be (it's said the landing has to be atleast half decent in the main thread) so i didn't bother editing it
Now your replay - the trick is called a sideflip (the name speaks for itself lel) and it looks pretty nice (doesn't look random like some of your earlier rpls). There are 2 things you could improve tho:
1. The setup: this setup is used to gain forward momentum which you can then use to execute the trick. In your replay you almost stopped after the first step with almost no momentum. You should try actually launching yourself forward like for a normal run (doing 2 or even 3 steps like irl is a good idea if 1 isn't enough).
2. The arms: arms are used to get rotation during the flip. Unlike normal jumps, where you throw your arms up during the launch for more height (like you tried to do in this replay i see D: ), when flipping you start with your arms up (like half-way, straight in front of you) and during the launch you lower them so you get the frontflip-kind rotation. In this replay the arms look pretty weird
So when you get both of the above points covered, which means you'll have the required momentum and rotation, the trick will become smoother and easier. Also you won't have to rely as much on your knees, which should be responsible only for the height, but are responsible for also momentum and rotation in your replay :P Getting a proper setup with enough momentum and/or rotation before doing a trick is generally a really important aspect of tricking
