Yup. Go to Click on "Forums" up on the top of the Screen and then click on the Forum you want to Create your Thread on and then click New Thread which is in Red. Hope that helps. And remember to only create threads that relate with the Forum you select. =)

but when i try to get wiiconnect24 to get stuff in the wii shop channel, like toribash, it says wiiconnect24 and wii shop channel aren't available right now...

i would love to join toribash on wii...

but could you guys tell me how to connect properly to the internet?
