You should decide urself instead of asking us if you should buy someone.
And yeah she's easier then Ez.
I play Ezreal alot and he's not as powerful as Ashe, of course not, but if you know how to play him and use his arcane shift right etc. etc. you can pwn her.

Thats just what i said.
Of course if the ashe plays better than you, you'll loose though.
It allways depends on the situation, for example, if you're waiting in the bush and rushing to her, she get scared or else she'll do some dmg but still die. The same can happen to ez of course : D
But in 1on1 without any bushes etc, ez will die faster.
