Download the agario mods version, and you can make your own blob and name. Permanently. It hasn't really kicked in yet though, as a bunch of players are still using the regular skins. As I said, I've made my permanent name MeeeehhhhTB. You can still use others though, because it is going to be a big part of the next stage, not stage 2, our current one.
