honestly speaking I thinks it best to keep warring perm limited. I personally don't mind having it, because Moop or whoever has war perm has to be present if we are warring, or acknowledges that we are warring. Plus everyone will be warring if we all get perm. Thats just my opinion though. Me however I don't want it.
