i played LOL, and i was Lvl 16 but after map actualization i cant play anymore, becost my laptop is so bad. Yuou play only are ADC?

Like I don't know this game so much, every time I play I ask to my bro what would be the must frustrating for my team at this moment, like he is platinum or... gold (Idk but something visibly strong) he show me what I have to do and it's the only way I love when someone give me an order ^^
