Kindle this is from most if not all members of your clan, including me. Kindle we want more from you rather than just a leader that gives pep talks. We want you to do stuff, host an actual event give preparation, stop screwing around with ranks and actually value people for what they are, we want you do stuff. To talk more in depth we want you to talk to us as a clan in the irc this a convention of your leadership. People have come to me with problems/complains about you who shall not be named.
