well ask yourself (wat if god is not real and its used to cover up that aliens made ous has human slaves) i think so there just waiting for the right moment to reveal them self and take back of control. so most ppl say no because we are the only planet that holds life, well aliens might live in another galxy and can live in envirments that we cant so think about it. srry for poor writing
