OH haha. I sprained my wrist yesterday jumping of my roof. There was this kid below me and i was trying to dodge him and it got me off focus of how I was supposed to land . But yeah I can hardly move it...have any of you sprained your wrists? If so, how long did it take to heal? The inablility to pick anything up is KILLING ME.

Well EZ1O It Depens how bad is the injury , i didnt have any wrist damages but back damages , and the back was killing like a boss , lol , any way , it might take u 4 - 8 days
