You could always buy it, play it for a little and see if it will run. If it doesn't, you can get a refund. I started playing on a laptop where 30 FPS on the lowest settings was a really good day.

my computer is pretty good to run everything even GTA V, but I started playing CS: GO with 100+ ping.

When I get money, Ill buy it and see how it runs on my computer.

CS:GO is a game for people who have nothing else they are good at
