im just thinking about ways we can make inner calm outer fury a better clan (not saying it's a bad clan or anything) but i always think theres room for improvement.

im thinking about having more frequent clan mettings to train and talk about events going on in the clan and having a little (and i mean a little) tougher rules to get into ICOF. for example you have to be at least a black belt and sort of go though .. like a wirtten test so people actually know ICOF rules, and guidelines like question number one can be like what does ICOF stand for and so on.... i dont know if anybody will like my idea but im just trying to see if my little ideas and make an improvment on this clan.

also post your ideas how to make ICOF a better clan

soon you will see at least one of these ideas inspiring an implementation of new policies.

I would like to see more ICOF members to be more active in the forums. That way they will be informed of schedules, etc. A clan isn't something you join to look cool, but to make friends, and have fun together. So I suggest that if a member isn't posting at least 5 posts a week (Without earlier notice of absence), and isn't frequently seen ingame, Pikarus should send a PM asking if they still are active. If not, they either get removed from the clan or placed in M.I.A until they respond.
