Everything is slow-mo, and the music is not that good, doesn't fit Piratez. Also, my textures, joints, and flames are wrong...

Edit: Also, I think you should remove all flames, they make the replays unclear.

There should be an intro in the beginning, using cool effects. At the end 'we are one family' is not true, Piratez can be anything, lol. Font is eh, uncolorful, etc.
