-Headphone + microphone
-Fraps (to capture)
-Sony vegas (for montage)
-After effect (completly optional for more effects)

Fraps is way to heavy man. I use "Open Broadcast Software", it's free and really powerful. Removes the need for sony vegas pro and adobe after effects, because of all it's built in features like switching windows,adding images, camera box etc. The only thing I use therafter is sony vegas to add my intro(Which is done in blender).
I would like to learn how to start making vids could anyone who knows a little about it be able to give me some knowledge please?

About your replay, be fluid is not an obligation, but if you break your flow, the viewer can be a bit "lost" I mean, the most important for a good replay is the viewer have to know what you aim to do.
if at 383 frames you would put a step on the ground to take speed or just to have another angle to shoot.
