Also, i can try to explain it here, but it'll be hard.

1 ) Click the clan page at the top of your screen.

2 ) Click the wars button on the left.

3 ) Type in the clan you wish to war.

4 ) Set your score limit. First to lead by blah blah blah amount of points or first to blah blah blah amount of points.

5 ) Send the war.

6 ) Once the other clan has accepted, click load items (If you don't want to wager just click accept with nothing in there).

7 ) While in-game, fight one of the clan members from the opposite clan.

8 ) You may have to play one game before it activates. After that, just play.

Just ask me if you need anymore info.

The issue was that you did not have the privilege to manage clan wars. You do now. Best of luck to you, represent us well.
