i ran it and hit a bigtime wall.C++ runtime error before it even started.looks like your going to have to recode it :/

That's why I inquired about the operating system, the .NET Framework thing, etcetera. I need that stuff to make it valid. And also, please take a screenshot of the error. I need to examine it.
It's not really a huge program, it's just a window that says "Tell me if this works x("
