We have a terrible organization guys, from now on lets use a standard time cause everybody is lost when you are saying a time.

The standard time will be gmt+0, so if Killercyber says 1pm its 1 pm at gmt+0.
Then you can add or deduct +7, -7 or whatever to obtain your time.

Hope you understand it cause this is a chaos.

I absolutely agree, then its a lot easier to do and no mistakes will be made (that is if you know your own GMT)
