Suggestion,
Instead of passwords for the private forums.. The leaders can have a menu where he can select the names of clan members. Like the Staffs forum.

Common problem for us, many members join the clan but after several days they quit.. So it doesn't make the forum Private. I know its our responsibility that we should not accept members easily but that's what my old members want..

Concerning the benefits of having a private clan board, it's private. :O

Your clan has to be 6 months old, it costs 40k, and the use is to have a board where not everyone can see what's posted.

I think It would be beter if the leader could change the password to the private forum so like JePoY said that people come and go. If you could change the pass they wouldnot beable to access it.
