the relax improv 1 is the same as the first replay i posted on this thread but more relaxed. the relax all 1 is a run i actually used relax all on.. so u cant say i wasnt relaxed enough.. and the running decap 1 i just made 5 minutes ago in some guys running server and he was just learning how to run and his head was basically on the ground and i just kicked it off.
your put your feet toofar from your body, I dunno if you get what I mean, anyway I improvisated a run, for showing you that you don't have to put your feet so far and for getting again on your feet you don't need to jump.
lol, that's my style ;P anyway ok kronos explained you what's your problem, don't use contract/extend everytime it looks ugly. also there is the risk that you ankle can break. trust in me, passed lots of times in this problem
I don't have a personal type of running, be a runner doesn't mean have a kind of run and run for loooong distances, it means begin to run from every position and still be fluid, thing I can't do every time, but I'm not a runner, I prefer dancing ;P
