If you want to go in half quickly, do this:
distance 100 (if you want to break uke in half too)
Hold all
contract neck
extend wrists and elbows
lower shoulders
extend abs
extend hips
contract knees
relax ankles
space x2
(this is the breaking uke in half part)
extend knees
contract abs
space x1
