It says this when someone doesn't quit, but leaves against their will.
"Player disconnected. Lost contact with server."
I guess the punishment would only apply to actual quits.
But honestly, people need to get over themselves, if you're going to lose, you're going to lose. You give yourself bad reputation when you just leave when you lose, just showing that your poor little ego can't take a little damage.
and then kick again and again till they piss off.
