I think that jewel should be in another color ... that will look nice maybe red ? And do it no round maybe some another shape

@Kaszanas: Nah, I want to keep color scheme simple. I have tried other shapes, but they look kinda odd...
P.S. I have finished this head and don't want to change anything in it...

That jewel, its huge. I would suggest making a tad bit smaller. And maybe change the shape. Overall It is a lovely head, i would rate it 8.5/10
