Praeter, could you do something like with that guy that dog used? That is the only thing I liked about his style. I like your brushes etc. but I would rather have that top hat guy on it.

That is not true.
The picture used its a character from a comic i don't remember now. It has been in my computer for a long time so i cut that out and sized it so it will fit the Avvy / Sig.
The splatter is custom made as i am the best at making splatters.
It were some vectors but they were to big so i splatter-erased they to look like scratched .
The background its called Scathed Metal put over a grey layer.
Everything is done on separate layers, so its not images put together.
If you wanna find the "pictures" i used to put them together... go search, you won't find anything. Because it's custom made(bitch!).

As for you? You used a few brushes and used blur to mask it.
Its grunge tool and some cheap brushes.

I really appreciate that you like my design. the "EVIL" text is not the same font with the other, as the Neon font used kinda glitched and broke.

You can say the name of the top hat guy, as no one is in the lead. Please say it so other people can use it to make my avatar and signature. By the way, I have seen that background that you used on my avatar/signature on a few other designs, and I don't like it anyway. I would like something dark like that but make it less abstract everywhere.
