Go to add friends, "character code" thing. Type in "kraetyz" for name, and 287 for character code. Should work. I've not played much lately, games are becoming increasingly frustrating for me. As in, "I'm going to fucking break my desk, computer, table and ceiling and then go out and murder some fucking kittens and small, handicapped children" frustrated.
