It's something else. But I have to advice against meddling with Registry, 'cause you might cause some serious damage if you aren't careful.
Anyways..
1. Press "Window button + r", (it should open Run application).
2. Type 'regedit' and press Ok.
3.Now you should see folder structures named as HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, HKEY_CURRENT_USER etc.
4. Open the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT structure and search a folder called 'Toribash.Replay'
5. Delete that folder.
6. Close the regedit and reboot your computer.
7. Install Toribash.
That should do the trick.
