Did you delete all Registry entries too?

..I'll do it whenever my ISP stops messing with me. 1kb/s upload isn't funny joke.. : (

I just went to the where the folder was and deleted it all. Unless the Registry is somewhere else..

It's something else. But I have to advice against meddling with Registry, 'cause you might cause some serious damage if you aren't careful.

Anyways..

1. Press "Window button + r", (it should open Run application).
2. Type 'regedit' and press Ok.
3.Now you should see folder structures named as HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, HKEY_CURRENT_USER etc.
4. Open the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT structure and search a folder called 'Toribash.Replay'
5. Delete that folder.
6. Close the regedit and reboot your computer.
7. Install Toribash.

That should do the trick.

@Admins/Ninjas: Would you temporarily be able to give me 200qi so that I can trade and stuff? just until I get a sure way of getting ingame. It would be much appreciated if you do/can.
