If you have recorded a replay at 60FPS(frames per second/not first person shooter) and you've decided to set your video editor such as SonyVegas or others to 30FPS rate for editing, after rendering the video it will give 2x Syncing which means twice the smoothness.
This
video is 60/50 FPS in 30 frame rate.
What you've done is, you've recoded the replays at under 30FPS which default of most video editor programe is 30 frame rate. You've created gap or lag as other people like to call it, that makes any video anti smooth.
I know you've tried to speed up the video to make it more smoother but at this rate, nothing will come out good. I'm not gonna judge you but instead give you a suggestion.
Use a recoder called Wegame.
Cheers dude.
