I have a system sorted out (thanks to nmilkosky for the idea).
For this to work.
We would need some kind of Bot in the server.
This Bot would respond only to the names of those people who have rented the server.
This way we do not need to give out the pass to people.
Also this way we can set up a kind of "Luxury" and "Basic" server rental service, Luxury would cost more, but you would be able to say kick people.

This bot could do a number of things actually if we could even get one. there are so many possibilities.

Yes there are but setting one up will be even more complicated beyond belief.

You could get it to auto save settings and stuff, such as type /set WUSHU and all sorts of things, and it could do an auto kick thing for spamming, and flaming and cussing, such as the IRC Bots do.
