A normal child need's to be able to run at least 5km straight.
That's what the experts say.
Also, my mother forces me to run all the time. She was once the best runner the country, and came to some sort of "young-olympics". She got damaged and is training up to run again. She can only run about 5km though. Before her legs starts to hurt.
I run with the family every sunday. About 3-5 km. I think I might be able to run a bit more though. Nothing serious. Although I'm in an atlethics club, so I should be able to run at least like 8 km.
I'm about 125 lb. and 175 centimetres high (5.75 feet).
