I think they are emphasizing the gaunt look too much, as the rib cage is far extended.

I'm at level 23 and still quest grinding my way up. also, sent a request. oh, and a little help here, why is it that I cannot buy any new weapons/armour from the shops? it's just the same old things?

I don't think you can buy lvl 20 equip in the shop, try the auction house or gear instances.
