Wow, this looks ub3r pr0.
The only thing I can suggest adding is some more deep shading in the eye sockets.
It would add a new layer of "depth" and "freakishness" into the eyes.
Good job.

It's great, but it has too much of that "Membrain touch" in it. Rather too similiar style.
Details in it are a tad too tiny, and get messed up ingame, maybe make them a bit bigger next time.

If anything, the hand of the dude hanging out of the mouth has 3 fingers .-.

It's good but it just looks like a lame copy of Membrain's head with most stuff changed, if you're gonna get inspired the do so but by stuff on Deviantart.com.
