Hey, quick suggestion:
The academy thread should be reopened (as usual, to anyone, no requirements necessary) since there is a rank 6 anyways, and just get the word out. If people join, after about a month or so, they get put through a couple of tests (for maturity, in-game skills, anything that can help the clan out of game, etc.) to see if they are worthy enough to become full members. If they prove worthy, they must still go through the full application process with all requirements. Another thing, if any member of the clan invites/recruits anyone to the academy, they are responsible for that specific person; they must oversee all progress/training, all good things that deserves rewards, and all fuck ups that must recieve consequences.

Just a suggestion.
