I suggest making an thread on ''Plan to be inactive'' to let us know that you will be inactive for a reason for a period of time.
Also a promotion thread where members can apply for a promotion, where the members/allies vote or recommend a promotion to another member.

Well , I first need the leaders and co-leaders to approve this before anything happens.

The "plan to be inactive" thread sounds ok.
The applying for premotion,not so much.
I think the leaders have to decide when to premote/demote a player.

Shades please don't comment on the suggestion thread.
