Random person comes into our bank for TC.
And I believe that you have to send it before we give you the loan.
That is to ensure that we have something of equal value so that if you don't send back the TC, we have something to cover for it.
If you do send back the TC, that is when we give you back the 512 head texture.

At least that's what I think.
