Alright here's what I got , I did a after showing of what happens so you can use it as a reference. Hope its good enough due the quickness lol . Its not a bad superman punch if i say so .

It has good realsim. And really different style with the one I started. Only, it became way slower than the first 100 frames. I think its just fine.
