The keyboard controls are horrid, but I don't know one Action RPG that isn't better played on a pad anyways, so that's a completely moot point especially when comparing to the console versions.
The only thing missing from the port is a better online component, GFWL shoehorned on them due to their previous X360 version, and an adjustable render resolution.
They said right when they announced the port that they are not very experienced at making ports, and seeing the port for what it is, FROM did an excellent job.
PS. I am not capable of stating my opinion without insulting people in the process, therefore I apologize and have removed my harmful statements.
Combat is clumsy (same with 360) and the lack of res options without the patch, so the game looks even WORSE than the 360, keyboard controls are a fucking pain,
basicly unplayable, and therefore a lot of pc gamers that doesnt have a pad wont be able to play this properly at all, or even bother with it.
And no, I own it on both 360 and PC.
Good job trying though.
The port is shit, but it works.
The game it self is pretty amazing.
And yes, I was stuck at the bell gargoyles, problem?
Also, i did not even whine, rofl, I just stated why i like the game..
I just said that you shouldnt buy it if you do not have the patience to get anywhere on it.
And if you do not have a pad.
The inofficial patch makes the pc version much more beautiful, not a chance i wouldn't recommend it really.
And ofcourse i got dissapointed when I expected more when I have a 10 times more powerful machine than a 360....
