Well it doesn't really matter if you can't tell if a joint is fractured. It is still unusable and you will most likely see it bend

The shoulder and pecs are hard to tell whether they are fractured or not
You may have them relaxed or something

Umm... or just make it like this.

E.G: You buy a (COLOUR) force/relax. But if you try to buy the same coloured frac, it
wouldn't let you.

I really like the idea where depending upon what color scheme you tori is, then that will determine what fracture color you get. That way people know you are fractured, and you still have a stylistic aspect to it. It could also give you a number of different colors within that color scheme so you can have a say.

When your fractured you can't controll that joint anyway so how is it an advantage.

This is a bit of a simple idea, but why are we limited to a blue fracture?

I think a wider range of fracture colors, even if its by one or two more, would be highly attractive to toribash players.

If fracture colors are the same colors as the ones we normally get (Marine, Orc, Void etc) then I suggest a rule saying it cannot be the same color as your relax/force, so you can see if its fractured or not
