You can also dl/lp Arturix3 for a better look. It's a bit simplistic, but imo it looks quite decent.
Should I redo one of the eyes and make that crack?

Ok. Made a little update for the head.
Didn't have the time to edit the eye, but might try to do that tomorrow.
Edit: it's not that obvious in the screenshot, but here's what I did:
1.I made the mask lighter(in terms of color)
2.Made the eyes a bit smaller.
