You can just learn CSS.

Ctrl + U gives you the source of the page.

uhm, does post backgrounds supported? i have the feeling that theyre not ?:/
is it changeable?

Sure, that part is straightforward, but it would be nice to have a diagram or something to show what div, body, etc change, without having to resort to trial and error.

RIght click on the item you want to change > Inspect Element.
