I used enikesha to redo your 8 frame decap and i couldnt get it to work. If you follow the steps it says it wont work.

Actually, if you start the replay and pause on the first frame, it already looks like it's skipped one. Single frame advance shows a lot of frame skipping, too.

alright i was able to get a decap in 4 frames

start out (regular distance, like in the demo)
DONT press C
raise both shoulders
[space once]
STICKY HANDS
lower both shoulders
contract both pecs
[space 3 times]

there you go!


EDIT: oo my bad, is a frame considered pressing the space bar? if not, thats 40 frames

In the demo settings, the turns (I.E. spacebar) are 10 frames each, yes. If you want to advance 1 frame at a time, hold shift and press space.
