All recent money transactions to my paypal account have been responded to by sending the appropriate TC amount to the account names indicated in the detail messages.

My TC left is about 650,000 now

I've received transactions to me without an indication of corresponding toribash account in the payment details

evidently i won't either supply the corresponding amounts of tc to the unknown toribash accounts of which owners had sent me paypal money, nor will i issue refunds

until i can be sure of the identity of the senders of the payments
