The opener was alright, but you easily could have gotten more speed.
The split looked pretty nice, and the spin you did before it was a nice addition.
In my opinion you grabbed too long for the boom. It was nice, but I think you could have replicated the effect without grabbing as long.
The the transition to the pose and the pose looked pretty weird since your abs were extended. Try not to over-extend your abs on poses. Unless they're standing up and it's for balance.
