[Event] Guess The P\ict/ur|e!

Thanks to concon19 for the banner.
So I have a shit ton of tc and I really don't know what to do with it, so I might as well be a nice person and give some away on a event like this. Basically you have to guess what the picture is or show me the original picture, but I will only give certain parts of the picture for you to guess it from. Each prize will decrease the more hints you get and the first person to guess it right, wins it.

In a sense deductive reasoning is vital in figuring out these things. think about it. it's nothing to do with windows (this goes back to the last two photos), since it's toribash related. being toribash related, there is no shader that watery color back ground. think. what in toribash has some kind of symbol with a special background? a person with VIP forum functionality. but who is that person? devil is not VIP, nor is he in a clan where there might be some kind of person with such functionality. then I got it, since the new banner was made by concon19 and devil just posted it, it must be something related to concon. and it was, as the background is a blue ocean wave pattern. yes, it's that obvious devil.
