Same as PTD, Birmingham.
A medium sized city in central west England, around 200 miles from London.

It's located on a high elevation so the climate is very wet.

Florianopolis? My mom used to own a nightclub there, back in like The Who days or whatever the hell she listened to. Great city, Berger's a cool guy

Oh nice! I'd like to know the name of that nightclub (if you got no problems on telling me).

Also Berger is a cool guy, but not competent enough to run a city like Florianópolis.
