I think that we should raise the bar to fucking
Expert mode and allow all those people who
Knows all the technical terms of being a replay maker to stay
Make a new thread called application v2 and make all members post their new epic replays
If no one posts kick them when the deadline ends.
It's simple easy and sweet that makes getting into ormo a reward

Shook, maybe it's not so much of us lowering our standards, but quite a few of our ormo recruiters haven't even been in ormo that long. So they aren't exactly all that good at judging people.
As well as raising our standards to get in, why not make it so you have to be in ormo for at least a year or 5 months, or replay making/being active within the sub-forum? It puts a cap on people who can actually do the job correctly and accept/decline the right people.

ORMO deserves to be legendary. Not half good and flooded with people who never even posts after being accepted.
I remember joining the org back in july last year (page 275, don't look though, it's embarrassing), the standards were really low back then too, even I got in, and I really sucked back then.
I'd say it's time ORMO gets epic again, too bad it's easier said than done.
