Way to set an example, Suo. I'll keep the first post of this thread in mind while moderating the mod section. I've been trying to do it nicely, but several posters seem to have chronic rule disobedience syndrome. (You know who you are)

I agree spam that is annoying and useless can be very annoying, but if its out of the way its not a big problem and doesn't need to be infracted, maybe warned if you feel arsed :/

As you can see the person above me asked how many posts we had and i answered him as detailed as necesary, yes its a short post, but it is anything but blatant spam, and useless, it answers i direct question related to the topic. i replyed to him with this:

It was not useless, again it answered i direct question related to the topic as fully as necesary it would be no more needing to say "we have 493,415 posts"
It still has the same message. And also the
DO NOT RESPOND, is entirely unfair and leaves me in a spot in which i can do nothing.
Now is that really fair modding?
And on top of that the person directly under me did the same excact thing, but only recieved a warning.
Most admins/mods are great but ive had problems with few others

Also i had an idea to make things a tad more fair
Have for example the infraction tool, and instead of one mods opinion it takes 2. so for 1 it would be a warning and 2, an infraction
I think this would make it so mistakes like this will happen less.
